Setting: Clinic and Hospital
Types of Cases: Bread and Butter, will be doing own cases
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Requirements: Active Michigan License and Board Certified
Prefer someone to work whole time but open to seeing 2 weeks per month minimum
