Completion Bonus After 13 Weeks and 520 Hours

Specific Details for Assignment: Completion Bonus after 3 months. Approx 8 hour shifts with call.
Length of Contract: 4 – 12 month contract with option to Extend
Schedule: 8 – 10 hour shifts
Call, Nights and Weekends: Call needed – about 8 – 10 shifts per month
Cases: General and colorectal, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, ortho, spine fusions, eyes, pacemakers, cardioversions, TEE and GI. Peds ENT 1 plus years. No heads/neuro, no traumas, no open hearts. Peds all over 1 yrs and mostly ENT.
OB: Yes
Peripheral Nerve Blocks: Yes
Facility: Small hospital with 100 beds: 5 ORs – 4 MDs & 3 CRNAs. Supervision 1:2.5
Model: Supervision
Charting: Paper charting
Credentialing: 30-60 days if CT license
