The Opportunity

– Seeking 2 BE/BC Anesthesiologists to backfill recent retirements and accommodate practice growth
-Current CA state license a plus but not required
– Up to $150K Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
– Physician partnership model with immediate partnership and profit-sharing opportunities
-$450-750k/y, productivity based (new grads tend to make above the mean!)
-6-8 weeks of vacation
– Practice site autonomy with the support of a national network (Vituity)
-Recently signed new extended contract with the hospital (practice stability)
-Schedule flexibility with great work/life balance

The Practice

Mercy Medical Center – Redding, California

– 262-bed level 2 trauma hospital supporting 12 ORs (>16k cases/yr), 2 OB ORs (>2500 OB pts/yr) and cath lab.
– Services include orthopedics, general surgery, gynecological surgery, urology, ENT, neurosurgery, trauma, and labor & delivery.
– Opportunity to do Cardiac Anesthesia (CV fellowship and TEE certification a requirement)
– The group staffs multiple outpatient facilities – all within 5 minutes of the hospital, but a majority of the cases are at the main hospital
