Northwest Anesthesia Physicians (NAP) is an established, respected group of 60 physicians in Eugene/Springfield, OR covering two hospitals and several surgery centers. The group is highly equitable with a tradition of flexible call and vacation schedules. All physicians have immediate access to NAP’s flexible work schedule, including options for 3 or 4-day work weeks. Income is dependent on the schedule chosen. Immediate opportunity to participate in profit sharing and cash balance plans. 3-4 positions are now available due to recent expansion and upcoming retirements. NAP covers a wide variety of cases with complex peds and cardiac covered by fellowship trained panels.
