Chief CRNA! Seeking independent leader to work collaboratively with anesthesia team, no medical direction.

The Chief CRNA will act as the administrative lead for CRNA staff within the anesthesia department for designated sites. The Chief CRNA works closely with the Anesthesia Medical Director, hospital CMO, and collaborates with clinical and administrative leadership to deliver highest quality patient care and provides functional leadership over designated CRNA staff.

General supervisory responsibilities include oversight of but not limited to: recruiting, scheduling, job training and competencies, engagement in quality improvement work, identification of education and professional development opportunities, continuous improvement in clinical and operational processes, coaching/mentoring/disciplining of colleagues, and offboarding/terminations.

The Chief CRNA will fulfill these duties in addition to their clinical workload as a Munson Medical Group/Munson Healthcare employed CRNA.
