QUICK JOB FACTS:

– Start Date is December 1, negotiable for the right candidate
– Looking for providers that can do a minimum 2 weeks a month or more, and work an ongoing contract. Will consider full time or part time job share. If part time, you must be able to do an entire M-F period.
– Multi specialty surgery center, Care Team setting
– Monday through Friday schedule, no call, no weekends, 8 hour day shifts.
