• Cases: General, Orthopedic, Urology, Ophthalmology, Plastics, ENT, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Podiatry, EP, Endoscopy, bronchoscopy
• Level 2 trauma center
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-120 days
• Must have an active Pennsylvania license
