Cases
• No trauma, No heads at either hospital. OB at Shiloh only. CT surgery at Belleville only. Our CT surgery group is changing on January 1st, so it is impossible to predict how that will affect us, but currently we average about 2 hearts per week. Occasional cath lab coverage at both facilities, No TAVR’s yet. General/ortho/regional/Gyn/ENT at both hospitals. Pediatric dental at Belleville only. Healthy peds only, and only for dental and ENT.

• Weekend Days: 1.7
• Fridays: 1
• Back-up Call (second call): 2 weekdays, 1 weekend day
Shift times
• Currently, all doctors arrive around 6:15-6:25 AM, and we leave according to a set order out as case volume allows. Pre-call is first to leave, followed by everyone else. At Belleville, by around 2 PM usually only two docs remain, and by 4:30 only one doc remains. At Shiloh, typically two docs get the day started, with one doc able to leave between 11 and noon.
