• 1099 Hourly rate + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Schedule: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm M -F with some overtime on scheduled days (this is the desired schedule requested by Facility, but we can ask for slight modifications)
• Setting: Hospital
• Cases: General Surgery, Orthopedics (CRNAs will NOT be doing blocks), GYN
*(No: OB, Hearts, or Neuro cases)*
• Credentialing Timeframe: Apx 60-90 days
• EMR: Cerner
