Blue Ridge ASC: $315K total comp+$75K SOB, M-F day 8s, under 40 hrs/wk, 12% 401k, 8 wks PTO, W2/1099. FT/PT. No call/nights/wkends/holidays

$315,000+ minimum total compensation package, PLUS $75,000 sign-on bonus for a 3-yr commitment. Base salary of $245,000. Full-time or part-time available. Mon-Fri with NO CALL, NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS. Flexible CRNA-centric day shift of 8 hours. Average less than 40 hrs/wk. Immediate 8 weeks of PTO (no accrual period). Anesthesia tech present.

Join a well established, long-term collegial care-team model private practice anesthesia group with Valley Anesthesia. Part-time can be structured as 1099 or W2. Great team with outstanding anesthesiologist/CRNA relationship and quality of life. Bread and butter cases (gen surg, ortho, gyn, ENT, urology, and GI). Additional per diem shifts available at $175/hr (W-2 income)+12% 401k contribution. Excellent 401(k) with match+profit sharing plan, employer contributions of 12+% (may contribute year 1). PRN 1099 opportunities available.

Dedicated ASC anesthesia tech, new anesthesia machines (paper record) and access to free meals, snacks at the cafeteria and provider lounge. Hospital provided free EV charging on site.

Blue Ridge Surgery Center has 4 ORs and 2 endo suites. We are the exclusive contract provider of anesthesia services. New 5-yr exclusive contract signed.
