• 1099 Hourly all inclusive rate + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
(Provider can book on travel/lodging but can cover if you prefer to have it booked)

• Schedule: Monday-Friday – 8’s, 10, 12 hour shifts available

• Setting: Medical Center

• Cases: General, obstetrics, pediatrics

• Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: Care team; mixed with direction and supervision

• Credentialing Timeframe: Apx 60-90 days

• EMR EPIC
