• 1099 Hourly rate + Travel + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday; Most cases start between 7am and 8am typically end at 5pm (may work later if case runs late); No Call
• Setting: Surgery Center
• Cases: The cases are routine Out Patient surgeries. Cosmetic, Endo, GYN and Weight loss
• Credentialing Timeframe: Apx 1 Week
