Anesthesiologist wanted to replace retiring partner. Two year partner track. private practice. Sign-on bonus: $50,000

We are a private practice of 11 partners and 22 CRNAs looking for an anesthesiologist to replace a retiring partner. The partner track is two years. We do a large variety of cases including cardiothoracic, obstetric, vascular, neuro and orthopedic. The practice is predominately CRNA supervision but occasional solo anesthesia. Regional skills are a must. First call is in hourse overnight call performed with an in house CRNA. This is a “night float” situation where you will cover for a week at at time, roughly 5 times per year. 2nd call is variable every 8-12th night. Sign on bonus: $50,000
