– Monday-Friday, guaranteed 8 hours per day
– 1 OR
– 1 Anesthesiologist, doing own cases
– General, GYN, Ortho, ENT, Podiatry, Plastics
– Blocks needed for Ortho cases
– OH license and PALS required
