Types of Cases: ortho (MDs do all blocks), endoscopy, ENT, general surgery, major vascular, cataract, total joints, orthopedic, plastics, podiatry, spine, urology (total 4648 cases/year)
Credentialing Timeframe: 45 – 60 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Sis Complete
Board Certification, Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Active Ohio State License/DEA required.
