• Setting: Critical Access
• Cases: Small critical access hospital–Bread & Butter cases, orthopedics, Ear Nose Throat, Gynecology, urology, Podiatry, dental, and interventional radiology
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
• EMR: Meditech
• Active Georgia license and Board Certification
