Are you an experienced CRNA practitioner seeking an exceptional opportunity in the Kansas City, KS area? We invite you to consider our esteemed private all CRNA mobile practice, located in Lawrence, KS. We’re not just another practice – we’re pioneers, providing office-based IV sedation services in dental offices across the entire State of Kansas.

What We Offer:
• Enjoy a well-structured schedule with no weekends, evenings, major holidays, or on-call responsibilities. Work three days a week, Monday through Friday.
•Utilize your expertise with a minimum of two years of experience in pediatric and adult anesthesia. In addition to your clinical skills, we value self-motivation, exceptional client relationship-building, and the ability to thrive in demanding situations.
•Schedule: Work three days per week, from 6:30 am to 5 pm. After a four-month onboarding period, expect a minimum of three overnight stays per month, providing an exciting mix of clinical and travel experiences.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive Compensation: Receive a base salary of $205k
• Travel Bonus and Per Diem:
o For overnight stays, enjoy a daily travel bonus ranging from $300 to $500 net per day.
o Paid Hotels up to $175 per night
o Meal allowance per week ranges from $140 to $195.
• Extra Shift Bonus: For those who choose to work extra shifts, we offer a bonus option of $1k net per day.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Our benefits package includes five weeks of vacation, six paid holidays, one paid week for Continuing Medical Education (CME) with a $3k allowance.
o Fully covered Corporate Premium Vehicle, including fuel & maintenance.
o Cell phone allowance of up to $100 per month.
• Health and Wellness: We prioritize your health with $400 in premium coverage for health paid by the company and 100% covered for dental, and vision insurance, along with a Health Savings Account. You also have the option to enroll in Aflac Accident, Disability, and Cancer policies.
• Retirement Planning: After six months, you become eligible for our 401k plan, with the company contributing 3% of your salary. Plan entry dates are January and July.
• Professional Support: We cover all expenses related to the position, including equipment, supplies, malpractice insurance and other professional fees.
