• Schedule:
• 8 hours 7:00AM-3:00PM
• 10 hours 7:00AM-5:00PM
• 12 hours 7:00AM-7:00PM
• 16 hours 7:00AM-11:00PM
• 24 hours OB/OR 7:00AM-7:00AM
• Call (include full description of coverage required): 7PM-7AM during the week (30% call back) and 7AM-7AM on the weekends (80% call back). CRNAs take weekday call approximately once a month and twice a year on weekends.
• Types of Cases: Cases include general, ortho, urology, ENT/ophthalmology, bariatric, vascular, neuro, thoracic, GYN, dermatology, plastic, cardiac and OB. No trauma
• If a Care Team Model: is it Medical Direction or Medical Supervision: Cases for the OR are medically directed, OB CRNAs are supervised. Cardiac cases are medically directed and some of the CRNAs do hearts.
