Great CRNA Opportunity in Waupun, WI

Full time preferred, but will take 2 weeks per month. Looking for 3, 6 or 12 month initially agreements (w/ extension options)

Clinician Requirements-
Board Certification required
Years of experience: 2+
Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS
License: Wisconsin (or Compact)
Procedures Required: None
Types of Cases: 80% General 20% OB
Minimum Availability: Full time if possible.

Credentialing –
Timeframe: 2-3 Months, will expedite if necessary
Emergency/Temporary Privileges: Yes, 45 days or less if possible
