$50,000 Commitment Bonus with competitive salary range plus Productivity Bonus. No Non-complete clause or contract.

**Option to forego Commitment Bonus (36 month commitment) and earn Productivity Bonus plus $10,000 Retention Bonus annually.

Extra compensation including Call pay and Incentive pay after 4:00 pm. No In-House Call. Post call day off for 1st and 2nd Call. OT paid over 80 regular hours and Incentive pay after 4:00 pm ($130.00/hour).
