-Procedures: General anesthesia adults and pediatrics, spinal anesthesia, neurosurgical-head and spine, insertion of arterial lines, complex orthopedic, complex vascular (except open heart), general trauma
-Board Certified, ACLS, PALS/APLS
-Licensure: Active WA license is required
-Credentialing: 6 weeks
