273k – 301k Salary + Bonus | Florence, Oregon | CRNA-led team!

Work in a beautiful part of the country where you can take call while at the beach, lake or river, or enjoying the many hikes close to town!

All CRNA-led practice at a Critical Access Hospital. 20-minute response time for all emergency and OB cases. 1 CRNA available for after- hours, weekends and holiday coverage. Experience preferred and ability to work autonomously required. Willing to train with central lines and peripheral nerve blocks.

Call details: During a 5-week rotation you will be on call 7 days over 2 weeks. We work our post call day and bank those days and take a whole week off at a time. This allows us to get approximately 10 post call weeks off per year. So with our 4-weeks PTO we will have approximately 14 weeks off per year!

Peace Harbor is a Level III Trauma Center with 24/7 coverage, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and OB.

PeaceHealth Peace Harbor requires all CRNA’s to have and maintain current national certification by the AANA, as well as current nursing license in the state of Oregon.

Each CRNA is an active member of the Medical Staff and a Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP). Experience commensurate with an independent practice environment is preferred.
