Perm CRNA needed in Colorado! $15K sign-on bonus with up to $30K in student loan reimbursement!

-$220K – $250K base salary depending on experience
-Level ll trauma center
-Can work in OR or surgery center
-45 days to credential
-4 weeks or less to obtain the CO license
-1.5 x base for OT after 40 hours.
-Up to $30K student loan reimbursement
-$15K sign on bonus
-Vacation 6 weeks plus 1 week cme allowance with carryover
-$3000 CME allowance.
-$5000 moving allowance.
-5% 401K and we can contribute to the hospital’s 457B.
