FTE or locums Interested in reviewing presentations for providers offering 2 weeks per month minimum
Board Certification: Yes
Schedule: M-F, or weekend call, if desired
Shift Times: 7am-5pm preferred, but will look at all availability
8 hr guarantee per day
Shift Responsibility: call is preferred but not required for locums. Call is from home with a 30 min response time
Procedures/Cases: General Surgery, ancillary cases, ortho, OB
Daily Census: 400-500 monthly
Backup: Yes; CRNAs practice independently with MD backup 5 CRNA & 6 MD
7 operating rooms

Trauma Level: No
45-60 days for privileges
License Requirement: Active WA required
