Shifts: Preferred 12 hour 7a-7p , will take 10 Hours 7 A to 5 P- FT availability

Bread and Butter anesthesia. if they are good with regional, we can have them do blocks with our Ortho cases. Endo, Healthy Peds, Ortho, Podiatry, Vascular, Bariatrics, OB, GYN, Urology and then NORA (Cath Lab, IR and MRI)
OB? ” Yes, if they are comfortable with it
Ortho Cases? ” Yes, is they are comfortable with it
Neuro/Heads? – NO
Pediatrics? – We do healthy peds dental cases, only if they are comfortable.

MD’s would be doing their own cases, supervision, provide ratio. ” We would have them in a OR or assigned to L&D.

No anticipated OT but not 100 percent out of the equation and If they are interested in call we could involve them, however looking for more daytime coverage at this point.
How many anesthesia rooms are on site? We have 2 Medical Centers we cover. Prince William Medical Center has 4 ORs, 1 SPD, Cardiac and OB. Haymarket Medical Centers has 4 ORs and 1 SPD. They would be credentialed at both centers.

Practice Model for each location # Physicians ” Depends on Staffing. There is a FLOAT or Charge MD that is supervising CRNAs. They will run 1:3 or 1:4 then 1-2 additional MDs at each facility
Type of charting used? If electronic, give name system. ” Electronic – EPIC

Privileging time frame? ” 90 days, we can get them expedited if they have a shorter timeframe
