$195,000 base salary STARTING
$100,000 sign-on bonus/stipend/tuition sponsorship
$22,000 cardiac stipend
7 weeks of front-end loaded Paid Time Off in PTO bank
Hours exceeding 40/week = additional $135/hr
Extra shift bonus $420 plus hourly compensation
