Pediatric Anesthesia Associates (PAA) in Louisville, KY is currently recruiting for both a pediatric
and congenital cardiac anesthesiologist (must be pediatric anesthesia board eligible or
certified). We are a physician owned private practice group and have been the sole anesthesia
providers at Norton Children’s Hospital for more than 30 years. Our group consists of 15
physicians, 15 crnas, nurse practitioners, and trainees. PAA provides approximately 20,000
anesthetics a year at three different locations- one hospital and two surgery centers. We offer
a very competitive compensation package with sign on bonus, a one to two- year track to partnership (dependent on experience),
and profit sharing. Physicians take 8-10 weeks of vacation per year.
Our congenital cardiac team consists of 4 congenital cardiac anesthesiologists who closely
collaborate with 2 congenital cardiac surgeons,
two pediatric interventional cardiologists, and two pediatric ep subspecialists. Last year’s
numbers included approximately 200 bypass cases, and nearly 500 cath/ep cases.
