Types of Cases: general, orthopedic, endoscopy, obstetrics/gynecology, vascular, ear nose and throat, podiatry
Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
Board Certification, Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) certificates, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Active DEA/CSR, and Active Maryland License required

1 week on 1 week off
2 weeks on 2 weeks off
3 weeks on 1 week off
3 weeks on 2 weeks off
